How many technicians do you send on a service call?
You can expect to have two or three technicians on each service call depending on the required scope of work.
Do your service vehicles carry spares?
Absolutely. All BrightServe vehicles are fully stocked with the most commonly used spare parts. While it's just not possible to carry every single spare part (we would need a mobile warehouse the size of a rugby field for that), we have fine-tuned our spare parts list, enabling us to carry out most repairs without having to leave your property.
Is your workmanship guaranteed?
That would be a resounding YES. We are so confident in the abilities of our technicians, that all workmanship carries an industry first 2-year guarantee.
Do you carry out repairs in residential homes only?
We offer professional plumbing repairs to residential and commercial spaces. Whether you have a plumbing fault in your home or office, we're happy to assist.
Is BrightServe adequately insured in the event of a mishap?
We certainly are insured. BrightServe has adequate insurance cover for both defective workmanship and public liability, which is underwritten by RENASA and FDM Engineering Underwriters (Pty) Ltd.
Do you compliancy certificates (COC's) on installations and geyser replacments?
Yes, we present our clients with valid COC's which are logged with the Plumbing Industry Registration Board (PIRB).
Regrettably, we do not issue COC's for work which was not executed by BrightServe Plumbing.
In the event of a repair, where you are required to lift paving or chop open tiles, do you carry out the reinstatement thereof?
Absolutely! We aim to make your experience with our company as pain-free as possible. As such, we reinstate paving, tiling, screed, grass, plaster, concrete and screed etc.
